Crunching leaves under toe

I LOVE crunching leaves and acorns when I am walking? When I say LOVE…I really mean “obsessed.”

I think my old high school friend Jeannie could attest that I am willing to push a person out of the way if a perfect crunchy leaf is in their path and I want to crunch it first. For real. It might be a sickness. HA

Same with acorns. Love the crunch.

What I wonder is…if I love to crunch leaves and acorns under toe, why does the thought of crunching a bug (even worse…a florida roach) under toe makes me nearly faint?
